Ingredients: Boneless Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water, Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch. Directions for use: Heating Instructions: Conventional/Toaster Oven (Preferred Method): 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place frozen nuggets in single layer on baking sheet. 3. Bake on middle over rack for 11 to 13 minutes, or until heated through. Internal temperature should reach 150 degrees F to 160 degrees F. 4. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time. Microwave Oven: 1. Place frozen pieces in single layer on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Heat, uncovered on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes turning halfway through heating time. 3. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Appliances may vary. Heating times are approximate. Just Heat and Serve With: Quesadillas, apple slices with peanut butter carrot and celery sticks with ranch dip. Fully cooked. Keep frozen. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen.
