A southwestern favorite. A bed of rice pilaf, topped with diced seasoned chicken breast, corn, diced red peppers, grape tomato halves, chopped bacon and diced avocado. Topped with ranchero sauce and jalapeno slices with a drizzle of chipotle ranch dressing.
