Use Your Noggin (a twist on the creamy holiday favorite) - eggnog custard with a touch of nutmeg and mahlab caramel;
FML (the Fenugreek/Maple Latte) (a post-election-seasonally-appropriate treat) - rich and creamy coffee custard made with broadsheet coffee and fenugreek, pockets of smoked salt, and maple-y squash;
The Sauced Cranberry (get sauced) (vegan) - our cranberry-mulled wine sorbet (it's vegan but you don't have to be to enjoy this delicious Thanksgiving-themed sorbet);
A Foggy Day (earl who?) - our vegan coconut ice cream with floral-sour bergamot oranges and tahitian vanilla beans;
The Perfect (Pear)ing (what are friends for?) - pear and chestnut married into a silky gelato;
The Salad Course (start your meal off right) - our grapefruit-buttermilk sherbet with a chewy fennel marmalade and a splash of green fennel frond creme;
The Salted & Malted (Chocolate) (nestle, eat your heart out) - our dense chocolate gelato swirled with malted and hopped caramel and caramelized rice krispies.
