Slow cooked pork shoulder, sliced thin, and topped with jmis au jus infused aioli signature spread. Each panini contains butcher trimmed meats which are marinated for three days in J.M.’s special spices, then seared in our cast iron skillet to create an outrageous outer crust and then roasted for six hours in-house. The tender pork, beef, and turkey is stacked on our signature sizzle-line bread along with sweet roasted yellow peppers, Jersey garden tomatoes, and New York extra sharp white Cheddar cheese. Served with special pineapple slaw and potato crisps.
