Heat skillet to medium high and cook covered 28-30 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times, until wings are lightly browned and internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 180 degrees F. (Cook thawed wings 16-18 minutes.) Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake frozen wings 60-65 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 180 degrees F. (Bake thawed wings 44-48 minutes.) Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill frozen wings, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 180 degrees F. Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. For best results when breading or marinating individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.
