Garlic Spam Musubi

This Is our version of the “swoon-worthy Hawaiian snack” (The Washington Post) in the tradition of Japanese onigiri. We season and sear a slice of Spam, place it on a bed of white rice, add flavor with our sweet shoyu sauce and garlic crisps, and wrap the whole thing in nori.
