Fresh whole chicken wings lightly seasoned and coated in our signature seasoned flour then fried in our custom pressure fryer creating a flavorful, tender, juicy and crispy wing. Wings can be dipped in our signature BBQ sauce or our Chicago's famous mild sauce. And don't forget to add Lemon Pepper!!

Our Catfish Steaks are lightly seasoned then tossed in our signature fish fry coating and deep fried to a golden crisp. ALERT!! ALERT !! Our one of the kind "catfish steaks" have small bones! PLEASE be sure to look out for bones while eating!

Our Pork Rib Tips and Italian Hot Sausage are marinaded in our signature BBQ Rub overnight, then slow cooked over charcoal until meat is fall off bone tender just like "BoB" use to do it! Try both with our signature BBQ sauce or Nadine's signature Chicago's famous mild sauce.
