Modern Chop Steakhouse

Our steaks are cooked over a white oak wood burning grill, finished in a 1600° broiler. Steaks are aged 4 to 6 weeks with no antibiotics or hormones added, rare - cool red center, medium rare - warm red center, medium - hot pink center, medium well - thin line of pink, or well cooked thoroughly. All steaks from the wood fired grill come with choice of two sides. Add a signature sauce to complete your dish.

Dressings: green goddess, blue cheese, caesar, ranch, citrus vinaigrette, sherry vinaigrette.

Handhelds are served with fries.

All entrées from the grill come with garlic-shallot mashed potato & glazed carrot. Add a signature sauce below to complete your dish.
