I replace the cream with 82% European Butter for a real, natural butter flavor. Our pecans are roasted in house and ground into a paste and added to the gelato before freezing. Candied pecans are added as a topping to provide a sweet and salty crunch. Contains milk, pecans, egg.
- Strawberry Cheesecake Crumble Gelato$9.99Pint. I make gelato fresh, every day, from scratch using only natural ingredients. I created this flavor to compete in Gelato Festival America 2017. It was a crowd favorite. Philadelphia brand cream cheese is added to our mixture of milk, cream, and sugars before freezing. Then it is topped with a strawberry variagata made in house from fresh strawberries and crumbled grahama cracker crust - of course also made in house. Contains milk, wheat.

Our gelato contains milk, cream, and sugars mixed with Callebaut Belgian Chocolate and Cocoa-Barry 24% cocoa powder for a great chocolate flavor without being bitter like the dark chocolate versions. I start two days before the gelato is ready infusing our milk and cream mixture with real Madagascar Vanilla Beans. There is almost one bean in every pint! A pate a choux ring is baked fresh and filled with our Praline Creme Mousseline, which is made from almond praline, a mix of caramel and almonds, ground into a paste, mixed with pastry cream and whipped with 82% European Butter.
