Our artisan thin crust pizzas are made with the finest premium mozzarella cheeses, fresh local and or farm ingredients, daily made dough from very fine Italian " 00 " or American equivalent flour, and our Freshly San Marzano tomatoes - based house pizzas auce . Calzone e is a folded crescent - like pizza filled with your choice of toppings plus mozzarella and or ricotta cheese. It is brushed with olive oil, sprayed with powdered parmesan cheese, oregano and baked to a golden brown.

Our pasta dishes are freshly made to order. Comes with a side of garlic bread.
