Pounded Yam aka Fufu, is exactly as it’s name implies. Cooked Pouned yam made into a smooth Dough like form. This is commonly eaten with Egusi.
Egusi is Spinach cooked in a melon seed stew with traditional spices.

Eba is a fried cassava that is also known as garri. It is cooked in hot water to form a smooth stiff dough. It is best eaten with Okra soup.

Amala is made from yam and cassava that has been dehydrated. It is cooked in boiling water to form a smooth soft like dough.
Amala is traditionally eaten with Ewedu.

Ewedu is made from Jute leaf.
