This modern German Pils utilizes Jordal yeast, a form of Kveik, fermenting at a hotter temperature replicating the effects of lagering in a fraction of the time. Utilizing a multitude of different hops for bittering such as Rakau, Strata, Simcoe, Huell Melon, Citra, and Nelson this brew is loaded with hops like never before. Supporting a malt backbone with a touch of sweetness that is also dry, this shiver (shark term) of hops, layers your tongue with flavors of lychee and orange rind with a lingering bitterness finish. Dry hopped with a huge heap of The Bruce, Rakau, Nelson, and Idaho 7, the aromatics of dank diesel, tropical fruit, hop terpene, and some light lemon. At 7.5% maybe stay in the shallow end with this one. Stay safe folks!
