Quarter Chicken

Your choice—light meat (breast and wing) or dark (thigh and leg)—of an a la carte quarter chicken. It comes cut up into 2 (for dark) or 3 (for light) pieces with our signature chili oil and garlic sauce on the side. (Garlic/Onion are only in the sauces, not on the chicken itself.) (FYI all of our chicken is California born and raised, free-range, non-gmo, air-chilled and antibiotic-free!)
