Finca El Origen Argentinian Malbec Wine, produced exclusively from Malbec grapes, is crafted at the winery's own vineyards in Vista Flores, Uco Valley, situated at the foothills of the Andes mountain range. The vineyards, known for their medium to low fertility, very permeable, and well-drained soils, experience significant temperature variations between day and night, which are enhanced by warm, dry breezes prevalent during the spring and summer. This wine is characterized by a deep purple hue and an aromatic complexity that includes notes of cherries, ripe fruits, violets, vanilla, and tobacco cigars. On the palate, it delivers flavors of blackberry with spicy undertones, supported by silky tannins and natural acidity that leads to a long finish. The grapes are harvested in the cooler night and early morning temperatures, followed by a natural, low-temperature maceration process in concrete tanks, alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, and a three-week maceration period. After undergoing malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in oak for a duration to enhance its flavor profile. Alcohol by volume: 14.8%
