Grilled Fish(Blackened Tilapia) Hummus Salad

Grilled tilapia rubbed with our signature spices. Grounded chickpea mix with onions, parsley, cilantro, garlic and spices, and deep fried. Bed of hummus, salad (tomatoes, cucumber, mint, parsley and lemon dressing) topped with tahini. Served with a pita bread and a choice of zhug sauce (spicy) and jalapeno sauce (mild) on the side.
