Bento - Saikyo Miso Honey Glazed Scottish Salmon

Grilled Scottish Salmon fillet marinated with local honey and Saikyo Miso, and served with an aonori green herb oil. Our healthy bentos are a convenient option for an office lunch delivery and comes with a separate bowl containing a variety of vegetables that include: tokyo diner potato salad, marinated cabbage, lotus root, pomodoro pasta, daigaku imo (sweet potato), kinpira gobo (root vegetable), nasu dangaku (eggplant pickles), miso cured egg yolk, and fukujinzuke.
