Bento - Hambagu

Our Japanese take on a traditional German hamburg steak made with grass-fed ground beef, served with a truffle demi-glace sauce. Our convenient bento also comes with a separate bowl containing a variety of vegetables that include: tokyo diner potato salad, marinated cabbage, lotus root, pomodoro pasta, daigaku imo (sweet potato), kinpira gobo (root vegetable), nasu dangaku (eggplant pickles), miso cured egg yolk, and fukujinzuke.
