Small Plates / Appetizers / Late Night Snacks
- Thai Sticky Spare Ribs$12.99Braised Pork Spare ribs in a savory, salty, sweet Thai black soy pan sauce. Side of cucumber.
- MooPing PoongMoo$10.39Marinated grilled pork belly with Nam Jim Jeow dipping sauce and side of tangy Thai tomato salsa.
- Rainbow Summer Roll$10.39Fresh roll or rice sheet dumpling stuffed with a rainbow assortment of vegetables served with a mildly spicy peanut dipping sauce. 🌶️ It's not too spicy but we're all used to eating spicy so tastes will vary but this is mild.
- Chicken Satay with Thai Sauces$10.39Tender grilled curry chicken slices with Thai peanut dipping sauce and Thai Ajat cucumber dipping sauce. These are cooked to order for maximum tenderness and as such may take a few more minutes than the average grilled chicken. 🌶️ level mild.
- Taut Mann Dtop Flattened Fingerling Potato with Thai Dipping Sauces$9.09These are fingerling potatoes that have been cooked and squashed and are refried to taste similar to hash browns but better and healthier with a crunchy exterior and creamy interior... and tasty. We exclusively use avocado oil so no bitter after taste or greasy texture. They come with a mild Thai curry mayo AND mild spicy Thai chili mayo AND tangy Thai AJAT salsa as part of our opening promotion to showcase these dipping sauces.
- Sweet Potato Fries$9.09We use avocado oil for all of our frying. The result is a cleaner crisper texture and no greasy mouth feel and cleaner flavor with no bitter after taste and IT'S HEALTHIER TOO!!! Good technique for making fries contributes to resistant starch and has the benefit of building flavor while converting what would otherwise be more calories from starch into effective dietary fiber. AND IT TASTES BETTER TOO. These fries come with a sage mayo.
- Grilled Thai Marinated St Louis Style Spare Ribs$11.69Marinated grilled mini cuts of St Louis Spare Ribs. Perfect Balance of Thai sweet and savory and sour flavors with Thai herbs and spices and sauces. We add no MSG nor DSG nor do we use sauces with these additives. These take a few minutes longer to grill but not much. Served with a Nam Jim Jeow dipping sauce and Kao Kua Thai herb toasted crushed rice and side of tangy Thai tomato salsa. These ribs are definitely finger food with a perfect traditional provincial Isaan dipping sauce.
- Grilled Colossal Shrimp With Toasted Sesame Cucumber Salad, Thai Tomato Salsa,$12.993 marinated grilled colossal shrimp. Comes with งาคั่ว Nga Kua toasted sesame cucumber salad, a Thai inspired tomato salsa and also a Nam Jim Talay Thai dipping sauce for seafood. I personally prefer just the shrimp as is and alternate between shrimp, salsa, salad saving the dipping sauce for simple fried wonton crisps (not pictured) eaten in the same dish yet not in the same bite to compliment the grilled shrimp, not overshadow each other. Enjoy.
Spring Rolls and More
Everyone knows spring rolls. We fry ours exclusively in avocado oil. The result is no oily flavor and a crisp non oily texture and less carcinogens because of the high smoke point of the high quality oil. We also offer a wide selection of which we put together a few here on this menu and we will continue to "roll" out more and more so come back often and see what's new. Alternatively you may check with our website and click allow updates or notifications once we get that feature worked out.- Goychai Asian Chive Roll$10.39Spring rolls with asian broadleaf garlic-chive filling. These asian broadleaf 'garlic-chives' have a much deeper richer more savory flavor than the chives most are familiar with. Served with plum sauce. For some this goes well with Jigcho sauce. Comes with side of sesame slaw. Pictured here with a dropper bottle of the plum sauce for easier application.
- Spring Roll$9.74Fried to light and flaky served with a plum dipping sauce. We use avocado oil to fry and the result is the fried rolls are not greasy. The plum sauce is well balanced, not too sweet and not too tangy and the real plum flavor shines through and compliments the whole appetizer. We serve this with a portion of plum sauce in a dipping cup but consider buying our dropper bottles of dipping sauce for perfect application and less mess. Comes with side of sesame slaw.
- Wild Roll$11.69Wild Caught seafood: Wild Caught Shrimp, Wild Caught Scallop, Wild Caught Mahi Mahi with Thai herbs fried in a light and flaky spring roll wrap. Wild Caught simply means not farm raised. Comes with side of sesame slaw and a mild curry mayonnaise.
- Mango Shrimp Roll$11.69Shrimp and mango roll fried light crispy and flaky served with spicy mayo and (mild to medium) and plum sauce. Comes with side of sesame slaw.
- Spicy Shrimpy Porky Yummy Roll$10.39Small Batch: We often will do small batches of different rolls and dumplings to add diversity to our offerings. This one is like a spring roll stuffed with a mildly spicy shrimp and pork combination. Comes with a mildly spicy mayo. Comes with side of sesame slaw.
