Chicken Tandoori

Chicken leg quarter and chicken breast. Cut into 4 pcs. Items are marinated in a sauce made with yogurt, peeled tomato, lemon juice, and herbs. Grilled on skewers over charcoal in tandoori oven. Served with basmati pulao rice. Served on a sizzling platter with mixed bell pepper grilled onion.
