Alka-Seltzer Antacid/Analgesic Tablets provide fast relief from heartburn, upset stomach, acid indigestion accompanied by headache, and body aches. Each tablet contains sodium citrate, which acts as an antacid, and sodium acetylsalicylate, an analgesic. The formula also includes anhydrous citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, both recognized as antacids. These tablets are made in Germany and should be stored at room temperature, away from excessive heat.
