Buffalo Cobbster Classique

Our Buffalo Cobb salad is a classic American salad with a twist. We switch it up to buffalo chicken, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, chives, egg, and blue cheese dressing. The lettuce is crisp and market fresh, the chicken breaded and tossed in buffalo sauce, the tomatoes are juicy, the blue cheese crumbles are tart and salty, the bacon is crispy, the chives are freshly chopped, the egg is hard-boiled, and the blue cheese dressing is creamy and rounded.
