Breakfast Relleno Crepes

Relleno, these crepes are filled with scrambled eggs, roasted poblano pepper, chorizo and cheddar cheese and topped with spicy cream sauce, served with hashbrown casserole instead of rosemary potatoes. Prepared with two crepes and served with white bread.
