Montelobos Mezcal Espadin (750 ml)
Espadin is an unaged joven mezcal, crafted from 100% sustainably grown organic agave Espadin. Its production involves roasting the agave for five days in an underground pit with volcanic stone, using two types of wood. The agave is then milled with the weight of a traditional stone, followed by a wild fermentation process in open-air pine vats that lasts up to seven days. The mezcal undergoes a small batch, twice distillation process in copper stills heated by firewood, aiming to achieve a harmonious blend of sweetness and subtle smoke. This artisanally produced spirit offers a balanced and complex profile. Alcohol by volume: 43%
