- Canal Cruiser Blend$9.95A blend of Central American, South American, and Indonesian beans specifically for our bottled cold brew iced coffee. Roasted at our medium level this will be very smooth with sweet chocolate notes and subtle earthy tones. Perfect to drink while leisurely cruising on your bicycle.
- Decaf Colombia Bucaramanga (1 Pound)$9.95This is grown at a 4,000 ft elevation in the Andes mountain range. We use the excelso-sized beans and the decaffeination process is done in Germany. Roasted at our medium level.
- Espresso Blend$9.95A roasty blend of Central American, South American, and Indonesian beans. When pulled through an espresso machine and a beautiful crema will appear in your demitasse. This will be bright, full-bodied, and smooth.
- Organic Ethiopia Amaro (1 Pound)$9.95The Amaro Mountains are a small range separating the communities of Amaro on the Eastern slopes from Nechisar national park near the Sidamo region in southwest Ethiopia. The beans are grown by a variety of small certified organic farmers and roasted at our medium level. This will have a lush blackberry and blueberry flavor with a thick body and chocolate aftertaste.
- Organic Honduras Capucas (1 Pound)$9.95From the Western part of Honduras, this is grown at 5,000 feet. Honduran coffee has a softer flavor profile and is roasted at our medium level. Its lack of harshness in its taste makes it stand out amongst other central American beans. There will be a sweetness to this coffee that isn’t overpowering. Natural process.
- Organic Peru Chanchamayo$9.95We receive the green beans from a cooperative mill utilizing neighboring farms. This is roasted at our medium level to highlight the smooth chocolate notes. Medium body, medium acidity, and well balanced. Grown at 4000 ft elevation and wet processed.
- Organic Sumatra Mandheling$9.95This comes from the Lake Toba region of the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. This is roasted at our dark level to increase the earthiness of taste. Full body, light acidity, and well balanced. Grown at 3500 ft elevation and semi-washed wet-hulled. Coffee is washed in parchment, parchment is removed, and then coffee left to dry.

- Organic Black China Breakfast (1/4 Pound)$10.00This is a pure Dian Hong style black tea harvested from Yunnan’s antique tea trees. This tea offers a full-bodied, smooth breakfast blend with hints of sweet caramel, and spice. Ingredients organic and fair trade black tea.
- Organic Black Earl Grey Lavender (1/4 Pound)$10.00This contemporary version of this classic blend was developed in French tea salons, has pleased the palate, and raised the eyebrows of more than a few earl grey purists. Earl grey lavender is handcrafted in small batches, infused with pure essential oils of real fruit, and flowers. Enchanting lavender perfectly complements the floral aromas and citrus notes of earl grey. Ingredients organic fair trade black tea, organic lavender flowers, essential bergamot, and lavender oils.
- Organic Blueberry Rooibos (1/4 Pound)$10.00This fruity, succulent blend makes a bright crimson infusion highlighting the tart flavor of hibiscus flowers in harmony with the floral aroma, and sweet-sour hints of wild schizandra berry. A rooibos blend with sweet blueberries and revitalizing schizandra berries. Ingredients organic and fair trade certified rooibos, organic blueberries, and organic schizandra berries.

Here rishi tea works with tea artisans at the Xuan En Yisheng tea co-op to cultivate organic teas. Spring harvests are crafted by pan-firing, oven-baking, hot-air roasting into a lively, savory tea inspired by the classical Chinese green tea known as wulu, and jade cloud. This tea’s deliciously sweet floral aroma is created through an artisanal tea scenting process. Jasmine blossoms, collected at their peak season, are repeatedly mixed amongst tea leaves, and removed only after imparting their fragrance deeply into the tea.
