Ingredients: Jasmine Rice.
Cooking instructions: note: for drier rice, use 1/4 cup less water. for moister rice, add 1/4 cup more water. on the stove: (1) in a saucepan, add 1 cup of golden star jasmine rice to 1-1/2 cups water. (2) cover with a lid and bring to a boil. (3) lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring once. (4) remove from heat, let cool for 5 minutes, fluff rice and serve. in the microwave: in a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 cup of golden star jasmine rice to 1 3/4 cups water. microwave, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes. let cool for 5 minutes, fluff rice and serve. please note that microwave ovens vary and cooking times are approximate.
