Our key lime dessert was in Neiman Marcus for 32 years and every year they would call me and say that they hadn't been able to find another key lime as good as ours. Now that's a credit to our pastry chefs. A gluten free shortbread base is topped with our white chocolate key lime silk and a top layer of our white chocolate key lime mousse.
Ingredients: butter (milk cream), cream (milk), pasteurized egg (whole egg), white chocolate (sugar, milk, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, pure vanilla), semi-sweet (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin), chocolate liquor (pure chocolate), and pure vanilla.
